Sunday Quote: Be ordinary

The challenge – to be truly alive in ordinary moments, not needing continual distraction and stimulation..

As I see it, there isn’t so much to do. Just be ordinary – put on your robes, eat your food, and pass the time doing nothing.

  1. Karl,

I appreciate and find benefit much more in what you said then what the Zen master said.

    Kindest regards, Andrea

    1. Thanks Andrea, it was just what I was thinking yesterday after a walk through streets where a lot of advertising tried to sell happiness and pull me anywhere and everywhere except the here and now. The words of the Masters always are ahead of us and give perspective. Best wishes, Karl
