I let it slip by without noticing, as it is hard to believe, but this blog is one year old this week. In that time the readership has grown steadily and it now receives up to 1400 vists a month. It was begun as a series of reflections to support the development of mindfulness and meditation practice. I know that some people visit regularly and others read just one entry or one page.
