wanting to be a pleasant feeling

Our attitude is frequently one of wanting to get it done, wanting to have it finished in order to be peaceful, to relax, or to enjoy ourselves….

We want to be a feeling.

Rushing along to be something in the next moment, we fail to open and appreciate this moment.

  1. Accepting a mindful way of life, we give up the idea that some miracle, some magic thought, pill or discovery exists. All that exists is in your visual sight right now.

Mindfulness is the opposite of rushing, speeding the mind up. Mindfulness lets us speed the body up while keeping the mind empty and excited.
