Hi Karl, I hope you are well. We are now fully settled back in New York and I see you are back in Ireland. I was so influenced by the wonderful course you led on mindfulness based stress reduction and I do try to meditate at least several days a week. Some how when I moved back home I lost my connection to your blog so please reconnect me. I really enjoyed receiving your daily quotes.
