I agree with you, only I, me & myself can make my day(my peace) or break my day at any given time! For what reason would I do this, many reasons because I want to be sad, mad, angry, someone said something I didn’t agree with & many more reason. I’m human, I have resentments, failures, being lonely, not only can I count them on my fingers, I use my toes as well. Bottom line, it is up to me, to let these things get to me!!
