I just found you blog. A great resource.
And what a lovely quote. I quite captures the basic idea of mindfulness: start listening to yourself and the answers will show up by themselves.
For me this happens mostly when I go on a retreat. The prolonged time in introspection lead to all kinds of epiphanies popping into my mind. Quite startling at the beginning I must say.
