This is very insightful and helpful for me as I think of the own things I need to working on accepting in life. I’m not acknowledging that I like them. I’m just acknowledging that they’re true.
Acceptance seems like an easy task however to practice true acceptance took a long while for me. We have no clue what acceptance is until awareness walks with us.
I like this quote because too many think healing eliminates suffering. Avoidance of suffering and the pursuit of pleasure can lead us into dissociation.
