If you’re determined to think of yourself as limited, fearful, vulnerable, or scarred by past experience,

know only that you have chosen to do so,

and that the opportunity to experience yourself differently is always available

    1. Not at all Rose,

I am glad that you found it useful and that others will read it. Your reflections on it are lovely

Thanks for reading and for your comments,

    1. Hi Lita,

Thank you for visiting and commenting. It was actually a photo of dawn on New Years Day that I took when living in France. The Alps and Mont Blanc are in the background. I use it from time to time to remind me that things can start over, almost like new. Best wishes for your Sanctuary gardens writing work.

      1. Wow, that’s an amazing insight, and such a great thought to connect to the vivid image. Makes it all the more energising, alive and relevant. Made my day!

Hearty thanks for your good wishes, I am motoring around the country just now taking photos of plants before August fades!

        Heres to happy sun rises

        Lita
