Now all you can do is wait.
It must be hard for you, but there is a right time for everything.
Like the ebb and flow of tides.
No one can do anything to change them.
When it is time to wait, you must wait
Haruki Murakumi, Japanese writer 1949 – , The Wind up Bird Chronicle

how appropriate. I’m currently waiting for news of my wife who is in hospital having surgery. I’m noticing a strong urge to project forwards in time out of the present that seems quite empty right now….attachment….craving….all those shenanigans….
Hi. It is not easy at times like yours to hold spaces open and let them unfold. I hope that all works out well with your wifes surgery and her recovery,
Karl
Thanks for your kind thoughts. I have had news that the operation has gone well. Thanks also for your blog which is a useful regular reminder of the benefits of mindfulness.
