I thought it went quite well with the January mania for getting fit, and other resolutions, which seem good ideas but which often just fuel an underlying dissatisfaction with ourselves and the constant desire to “fix” how we are. we actually had a little snow yesterday which is not frequent in Ireland and we are not so used to driving in it etc, so things move a bit slower. I saw some of the temperatures in Canada the other day on a weather forecast and they were very low, so I guessed it must get cold all over. Today we are expecting some strong winds. So plenty of weather systems to help us reflect on our inner life!
