Suffering begins when you mentally label a situation as bad.
That causes an emotional contraction.
When you let it be, without naming it, enormous power is available to you.

I just lived through watching a fire across the street from my house cause 18 people to become homeless and and 8 businesses destroyed. In my mind it means that it’s time for me to get rid of “stuff” in my life- physically and mentally!
This is appropriate for me today.
