Yes, so True! So much of what is difficult is of our own making, manifestation of our defects of character, that, if we continue to run from, we cannot see, understand and eventually overcome. Trying to live the Metta Sutta, to be peaceful and kind, wise and skillful, not proud or demanding in nature, gentle of speech and frugal in our way. A very tall order! All aspects occasions for growth.
