This is a calming place. Thank you.
He was a very handsome boy, and I know you miss him, having walked the path together for so long. I too am very sorry for your loss.
Thank you for reaching out to us all every day, it is appreciated. ❤ for Barney and you all. X
That feels easier to contemplate than to experience with loved beings.
Thanks Marcia. A lot of the ideas are very easy to say but very hard to feel when things impact upon us directly. Sometimes they just point in a direction. Thanks for the comment Karl
Beautiful cat, so sorry for your loss😥❤
Dear Karl, I’ve been getting your blogs for awhile now and I’ve been meaning to thank you for them and tell you how much they help me and how much I appreciate them but something always comes up and I kept putting it off. But seeing your post about Barney and seeing his picture stopped me in my tracks and I just had to respond. 19 years old means no matter at what age you got him, he had a great life with caring people and who knows, maybe, just maybe, there’s something after this life and we get to see our pets again. God Bless and thanks again, Tommy Gray Staten Island, NY PS My close friend Jimmy Dunne is a Kildare man and goes home from time to time. My people are from Lismore in the County Longford.
Dear Tommy, lovely to hear from you and glad that the different reflections on life are helpful all the way over there in the Big Apple. We try to work with whatever life brings. The quote is just a reminder to keep the heart open, even in the face of difficult moments, not always easy. Longford is a nice part of the world and you have good roots! Thanks Tommy, Blessings from the old sod, Karl
So sorry. Sending peace your way.
