Mindfulbalance 
I think that paying attention is one of our greatest gifts, but sadly, in this distraction-infused economy, it is becoming harder and harder to find enough time or places where we can do that. I suspect that’s one of the reasons why I continue to walk around my village as often as I can to take myself away from the computer and the mobile phone. In that way, it forces me to pay attention.
