Oh, yes, mindfulness. I must learn to practice mindfulness or I’ll get lost in the chaotic world I life in and never accomplish what I truly understand and need to accept about my life. Neither will I be able to move on from what is, find the jewels of living in the present and forget about the most basics of tomorrow.
