  1. I’ve recently been working so hard, maybe too hard, on my reactions to another person’s anger. Sometimes my own anger can hang around in me for a long time after a confrontation, even though I know it’s not a good thing. Really deeply letting go of resentment seems just impossible sometimes. Reading Mindfulbalance posts every day has been a huge help.
