I’ve heard that if you feed them, they’ll come back again and again.

Great reminder, thank you!
I’ve recently been working so hard, maybe too hard, on my reactions to another person’s anger. Sometimes my own anger can hang around in me for a long time after a confrontation, even though I know it’s not a good thing. Really deeply letting go of resentment seems just impossible sometimes. Reading Mindfulbalance posts every day has been a huge help.
Wisdom with humour: a mighty double act. 🙂
