Dear Karl Thank you for today’s post which generated a wonderful “Oh!” moment … For some reason it also evoked a photo that I took this last weekend when I was running a workshop for a group of inspiring youth activists in Cape Town. My guest house was 130 steps up a mountain, and half-way up was a wooden sign which simply said “Breathe”. I’ve attached a low resolution version of the pic here, and you are most welcome to use it for the Blog if you think it’s suitable. Reminds me of the year my first book was released. I vowed to say YES to every opportunity offered. I did things I had NO IDEA how to do and had amazing experiences. The net appeared.
