1. I lost my youngest son 3 years ago and at the time I blocked, cancelled or just didn’t want to know or could actually engage with anyone at the time – I was in so much pain. I always shared this Blog with loads. Many of them left me by the wayside. However, I never, ever stopped reading Irish Mindfulbalance seeing comments from the very people who shunned me at the time of losing my son. I haven’t taken much in the last 3 years. I am now ever so gingerly, gentle pace – treading on water has taken some of it in. I thank you Karl Duffy for always keeping me in touch until I am ready to slightly take things on board and maybe breathe a little bit easier at times. fran
