What limits us

limits

Letting go of fixation is effectively a process of learning to be free, because every time we let go of something, we become free of it. Whatever we fixate upon limits us because fixation makes us dependent upon something other than ourselves. Each time we let go of something, we experience another level of freedom.

  1. If we judge something we attach a pair of handcuffs to it attached to one arm, us.

Try not judging anything, vacating any judgment you can afterwards is also fine.

If we do not judge, we need not seek approval and big swaths of time become available, since we are not cognitively playing with how we feel about us, others and situations.

If we do not judge we are free to be here, now totally to just be for a change.

  2. I also think the ego limits us and below the ego exists out true self, an expansive universe that has unlimited opportunity for each one of us.

neuroscience is not confirming these things
